The duration of a demo class is 30 - 40 min depending upon the number of subjects.

How is the class schedule for my regular classes decided?

We will share a list of available time slots based on the number of classes required per week for your chosen tuition. These options will be provided according to your preferred timings, and you can then select the fixed slots that suit you best for your regular classes.

Is this tuition conducted in a one-to-one mode? How can I share my textbook content with the teacher?

You can easily share your textbook pages by sending photos or PDFs through our dedicated file-sharing application during the online class or any time. This helps the teacher stay fully aligned with the exact textbooks and syllabus followed in your school. The teacher will also guide you from time to time on what needs to be uploaded and when.

If I am not satisfied with a particular teacher, can a new teacher be assigned?

We recruit our teachers through a rigorous interview process and assign them only after a successful demo session. However, we understand that preferences may change over time. If you are not satisfied with a particular teacher, we will promptly assign a new teacher who better matches your child’s learning style and requirements. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority.
